Is there a payment due every month?
When your invoice arrives, simply pay it to continue your subscription. If you’d like to cancel, you can either let the invoice lapse without payment or contact us directly. Prefer auto-pay? We also offer automatic payments for convenience, and you can turn them off anytime.
Do you accept insurance?
No insurance is accepted at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order at any time. If canceling after payment, it must be within one business day before your medication is prepared for shipping.
How will I know when my package is arriving?
Typically turn around time for the pharmacy to ship is within 48 hours. Most shipments are sent overnight after the medication is done processing in the lab. Due to sensitivity of the medications, the pharmacy does not ship on Fridays or over the weekend . The tracking number is usually provided 2-3 days after the invoice is paid.
Can I travel with my medication?
Yes it is a prescription medication. You can travel with it freely
What is my sterile medication or nasal spray left out of the fridge?
The medication is stable at room temperature for 4–5 days, but we recommend refrigerating it when not in use for extended periods to preserve its potency.
Is my health information protected?
Everything within our platform HIPPA-secured and protected.
Do I have to pay for follow-up appointments
No, All first time consultations are a one time fee. Follow-ups with our provider at no cost.
